By using the site and purchasing items and services, the terms in this agreement are accepted.

1. Payment Terms

Payments for workshops are due upon booking unless otherwise stated, and have a cancellation policy as a standard 3 days prior to the workshop unless otherwise specified on the workshop specific documentation or site data.

For commissions, a standard deposit of 50% is required, with final payment prior to delivery.

Payments for kits and other artwork is required at placement of order.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are available upon request or according to the individual listings. If you require a specific lead time or shipping method, please get in contact prior to placing the order to avoid disappointment.

Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are specific to the item due to wide variety of products offered. Royal Mail is the primary method of shipment. Shipping times can vary and are dependent upon factors outside the control of Craft a life or SeraVida Art. We do our best to avoid delays, but are not responsible for those outside our control.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of the products and services offered by SeraVida Art, returns, exchanges and refunds are not permitted unless due to damaged goods prior to transfer of ownership.

Exceptions to this are listed in the product pages, for example the digital courses which often have a 14 days money back guarantee if requested. Evidence of purchase is required and information on the reason for the request for review prior to approval of the refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Craft A Life, SeraVida Art. They can be used for the creation of art, that can be made and sold, however they may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for the purposes of teaching, training or educating others, paid or free, without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of any materials from this site may result in legal action.

I love sharing my work to inspire others, but please respect the time and creativity that goes into each design. If you’d like to collaborate or license a design, just get in touch!

5. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy and quality of the information, products, and services provided, SeraVida Art / Craft a Life ltd, accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of using or relying on them. Participation in workshops and use of products are at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft a life and SeraVida Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our materials, products, or services.

This website and its terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

I aim to respond to all questions and queries within two business days. Respectful communication is essential to maintaining a positive working relationship. Rude, abusive, disrespectful, or threatening language will not be tolerated. In such cases, Craft a Life and SeraVida Art reserve the right to cease communication and terminate any ongoing or future business.

9. Project Completion
Upon delivery of the agreed work or materials, the project will be considered complete. Any additional requests, revisions, or queries made after this point may be subject to a new agreement and additional fees. Craft a Life and SeraVida Art are not obligated to provide ongoing support or revisions beyond the scope of the original agreement unless otherwise stated in writing.
