Payments for workshops are due upon booking, and have a cancellation policy as a standard 3 days prior to the workshop unless otherwise specified on the workshop specific documentation or site data.

For commissions, a standard deposit of 50% is required, with final payment prior to delivery.

Payments for kits and other artwork is required at placement of order.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are available upon request or according to the individual listings. If you require a specific lead time or shipping method, please get in contact prior to placing the order to avoid disappointment.

Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are specific to the item due to wide variety of products offered. Royal Mail is the primary method of shipment.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of the products and services offered by SeraVida Art, returns, exchanges and refunds are not permitted unless due to damaged goods prior to transfer of ownership.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Craft A Life, SeraVida Art. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of any materials from this site may result in legal action.
